The Challenge
Since its launch in 2011, Red Oak Taverns has invested heavily in its pubs and offered flexible terms to its tenant partners. Led by co-founders Aaron Brown and Mark Grunnell, the company now has 201 sites across the UK. With the business well-positioned to capitalise on future opportunities, the group was looking for a trusted lender to support its latest acquisition project.
Opportunity & Outcomes
We supported Red Oak Taverns by providing the group with a £15m acquisition facility used to acquire nine pubs from Hall & Woodhouse situated across the South East of England in September 2021.
