North London is where I was born and raised and I’ve lived there all my life. I therefore know it like the back of my hand, so there is no better area for me to focus on. I also feel that in North London there is no other brand that does what we do in the way we do it, so we occupy a very niche space.
Not at the moment. I am exceptionally passionate about the residential market and it is what I know and understand. We also have so much more to achieve in this market first before we look to conquer other sectors. I have always been a firm believer of sticking to what you know and not trying to be all things to all people. Our team is very talented at creating some of the most inspiring residential spaces, and as a result we have built a very formidable reputation for ourselves in the residential sector. If I was to take Fusion into another sector it would most likely only be boutique hotels as we have already had approaches form some of the most renowned hotels in Europe to work with us.
Private high net worth individuals who are very well-travelled, discerning, and enjoy the finest things in life. They know what they like and they demand the very best without compromise. A high standard of service is as important to them as the product.
The Birchwood – which is our latest project in Ealing W5. The project is due to be launched in March this year and is unquestionably the first of its kind in West London. Located in Park View Road which is regarded as being one of the best roads in Ealing, The Birchwood brings together everything we know in one exceptional building, and revolutionises lateral apartment living. The project was recently awarded two UK Property Awards in the ‘Best Single Apartment’ and ‘Best Architecture’ categories.
Very difficult to say but at the rate our brand is growing and with what our team is accomplishing year on year there really is no limit to what we can achieve. We are intent however on ensuring that our growth is organic and that we do not lose our ‘boutique’ identity. We love the fact that we are not corporate and that we are a very niche high-end brand and we do not want to sacrifice this at any stage.
All the charities we support are very close to our hearts and social responsibility is something that we take very seriously. Supporting these worthwhile causes is a no-brainer for us and is something we have always done since our inception. We do not take what we have for granted and we are very fortunate that we are able to do what we love every single day when many do not have the same opportunities.
Unquestionably when I met my partners. Their support has been incredibly valuable to me and I would not be where I am today without them.
Building the strongest team and engendering a world class culture within our business. Fusion is Fusion because of its people and I have learnt that surrounding yourself with the best people is everything in business.
Be fearless. The person who gave me that advice knows who he is!
